Job Responsibilities

Job Title: TRADE MARKETING MANAGER
Company: Perfect Companion India Private Limited
Industry: Pet Food
Experience Required:  Marketing experience – 5 to 8 years (Pet Food industry mandatory)

Responsibilities
  • To Assist Management to outline marketing plan of the year
  • To develop and executes strategies to boost brand visibility and sales with retailers.
  • To outline B2B and B2C promotion Plan and presentations to communicate on month basis
  • To Define POP, Merchandise and branding tools for Trade and events.
  • To define gift goodies for New year and Diwali for key stakeholders.
  • To derive production of POP and Merchandise tools by liaison with vendors.
  • To derive and produce analytical on new products launch and market Placement.
  • To summaries merchandising and branding plan of PCIN DL in collaboration with sale steam
  • To monitor the execution of merchandising and branding by vendors.
  • To visit market to ensure the execution of POP tools with excellence.
  • To visit market to deploy the display of products on shelf as per Planogram and create POS.
  • To produce the prestation on month basis to showcase marketing initiatives and impact.
  • To share the competition marketing activity synopsis on month basis.
  • To short list 4 touch point from each market in collaboration with sales team to build PCG flagship stores.
  • To produce artwork, play book of POP, Merchandising and branding tools in collaboration with graphic designer.
  • To think out of box to bring innovation and creativity for Tools and promotions and Art work
  • To Analyze the impact of B2C promotions specifically on Sales.
  • To facilitate Seeding activity (Month Basis) in collaboration with team for fueling up the recruitment.
  • To participate in events – Dog shows, exhibitions and trade fairs in collaboration with sales team.
  • To Visit the warehouse time to time to keep the track of marketing tools stock and condition.
  • To collaborate with logistic team for the dispatch of allocated tools to respective distribution points.
  • To outline Marketing tools and Strategy by having differentiation (Standard range vs Super premium) in heart of conceptualization.
  • To Produce weekly, Monthly reports in excel and PPT to give visibility on the progress of different marketing actionable.
What You Will Gain
  • Competencies: Marketing experience – 5 to 8 years
  • Qualification: MBA in Marketing or equivalent
  • Reporting: AVP trade Marketing
